L’une d’entre elles, existait sous le nom de code, D.E.L.A., Deadly Elegant Lady Assassin, une unité d’élite d’espionnes hautement entraînées.
Ces agents féminins étaient formés dès leur plus jeune âge pour infiltrer, combattre et éliminer leurs cibles avec précision.

La plus exceptionnelle d’entre elles était Madame CHIRA, découverte adolescente dans une contrée lointaine du continent asiatique par madame LEADER, la Cheffe de D.E.L.A.
